  So how about if I just leave it as at this point in my life I am struggling with who I am in a profession that seems to not want people like me in it. My voice seems to be getting smaller and smaller and I am struggling to figure out how to avoid having my spirit snuffed out by the ugly hand of standardization. So there is that on one hand, and on the other I am struggling with the same problem with my daughters and their school. How to move the system towards change, without losing my spirit and being labeled the crazy one…actually I think my wife has that label so I am safe for now 😉
